My new clan is pretty serious about getting onto the map in the next month. We have about 30 or so people right now in tier 9/10s ready to get there. About half of these individuals have done it before, the other half (myself included) are just getting ready.

I'm at about 2100 games now so I feel I am hitting a point where I have figured the game out pretty well and am ready to take part in such a thing. My clans almost daily practices are really helping a lot. We get on and mix it up. Have done a lot of 4/7, Med's vs Med's, defending arty drills. It is really honing my skills and I've noticed the difference.

However, all of this being said, my game performance has dropped the fuck off. It is taking me FOREVER to load into games. It should be. I know the game is only 1 core supported (GAH THEY NEED TO FIX THIS!!!) and that's what it is. But I set the game to run on my 4th core, which never gets activity, and the problem persisted. Many people say to download it on a clean harddrive but this shouldn't be the problem as I have defragged recently and have not installed any new games since I started playing WoT. There is no explanation. And it's not like my in game is showing it. I average 60ish FPS and my ping is usually fine. I'm really pissed off about it right now to be honest.

Everybody is experiencing this problem in various times and ways. It's all about the game code, not your system. Don't look for a fix anytime soon.

I know, I know. But it still bothers me.

They did release that one news thing about optimizing the game and adding some more physics or something. Maybe that will come sometime soon.

Got my IS7. Huge difference in speed but it's still disappointing only being able to use the same gun as the IS4. My brother got his IS3. He's feeling pretty good about that.

Next is E50. It'll take a while though since I'm too busy to put a lot of time into the game anymore. I suppose whenever the damn Russian patch comes out I'll have plenty of tank slots to be able to go up multiple lines at once. But, right now, my garage is full with damn Russian heavies: KV, KV3, KV5, IS4, IS7, 3001H, Hummel

Patch 6.7 due to release tomorrow, Thursday 15th. Some interesting changes, a new map, and a few new tanks.

Read it and weep/rejoice whichever trips your trigger.

IS7. Will have my E50 in the next few days. T34 in a week or so probably. GWPanther is a slow one.

My new clan I joined about a month ago did pretty kickass today. We do CW pretty much everyday. We had managed to land Canary Islands twice last week. Last week we got some allies together and we, well, it took us a few days to get it but we finally got Iceland yesterday. Today we beat out OTG and got another territory in a game that came down to us killing a Maus in with 20 seconds left. FUCK!

So it may not be big compared to you guys in WOLF but we're feeling pretty damn good right now. 720 gold a day. We like it. And we are in a great position with our allies and another ally getting a good push going elsewhere. It's so fucking nice being in a nice, competitive clan that doesn't take life too serious. Pretty fucking stoked right now.
