I DL'd this, but my gawd! it's like an intelligence test to work your way thru all the steps.

I started with the downloader on the top of the list, and it was a "No Go". So then I DL'd all the other files, but instead of installing in the folder already defined, it automatically unpacked it into my smaller OS partition and promptly ran out of space.

So... now I'm trying to move it to my Primary partition (where everything but the OS is installed). This had better be worth all the pain in the ass trouble.

Okay, I have it installed, but which race; if it even matters; is the majority going to?

I mean, is this like some other MMO's I've played where it's realm v realm? or what?

Once I had a key I went here
Black Prophecy | Space Action MMOG | Free to play @ gamigo
and registered for an account.

Once your account is created go to
https://billing.gamigogames.de/?LANG=2

and log in with the account you created. You will see a whole list of games they have that you can sign up for. Scroll down and select Black Prohpacy. It will say that the game has been added to your game profile and that you must wait for the next batch process for your invite. You can bypass that wait and go here:

enter your key code with your account info. Bam.. it generates your beta account and you receive an email almost instantly with the download link. Download all 5 files unless you use their installer tool at the top.

once a couple of people test this and make sure all the steps are there we can probably sticky it?

I did both the first steps like you did, I didn't go to the third one but I just tried it, and when I scrolled down to Black Prophecy, instead of saying Sign Up, it says Shop and Only 1 Account (which is greyed out and unclickable). I tried the fourth step but it tells me

ERROR: Unknown game account!
Please check your game account name and try again .

This is the worst beta sign up process I have ever seen...lol

bust did you sign in to that page? or register there? Its the same log in as the other site. But yea its a pain.

I logged in on the third step. I had already created the account in the earlier step.

Gotta say this is the most fun I've had in a spaceship game since X-wing vs Tie Fighter. The solo missions are fun, the group missions can accommodate sometimes up to 9 players in one instance and the ship building and modding is fun enough without it being a pain to do.

I haven't tried pvp yet, but if it keeps consistence with what is up so far, I'm a full gear player of this game.

LOL so I figured out why it wasn't working.

When it wanted me to log in with my user name I was putting in my email, not my actual user name. Downloading shortly.
