    priests are normally more understanding then the blind followers from my experience. i mean its their job to smack some sense into the psychos and people who arent feeling well mentally.

    HAHA! When I was working at a restaurant we had the Sunday church crowd. I always found it funny the way some behaved towards fellow employees. I mean did they learn nothing at church.

    This reminds me of the one part of Bill Maher's "Religulous" that I liked - the priest:




    Don't recall where the quote comes from originally, but I always liked the proposition that the Catholic church used to be the retail outlet for philosophy. That includes Natural Philosophy, which is what we used to call science.

    Not that they haven't become estranged, but science and scholasticism owe a lot to the Catholic church.
