Thread: Campaign Manager's cat killed, Liberal written on the body

An Arkansas political campaign manager was shocked to discover his family pet with one side of its head bashed in -- and the word "liberal" scribbled across the corpse in paint.

Jacob Burris has served as Ken Aden's campaign manager since October 2011. Aden, a Democrat, is currently running for Arkansas' 3rd Congressional District.

Not on that, but they mention one of the younger children was the one to find the cat. The original reporting site (who the owner of is apparently a friend of the Campaign manager) said the kid was 5 years old. Also not mentioned in the CBS article (it was the best I could find from a site that wasn't a blog or dailykos etc.) is his opponent has come out and condemned the act as well. Still its pretty pathetic that people stoop to levels this low to make some misguided point. Not that it is unexpected that there are people who stoop this low, Hell there are people out there sending death threats because a guy fucked up in a football game.

Oh I forgot to add, the picture on the CBS one is pretty bad, but watch-out if you go to Blue Arkansas, its bigger picture thus more graphic (imo).

Especially when polls prove cats vote republican 98% of the time.
