Driving and Cannabis - Not so safe after all (queue common sense arguments)

Last time I was in Jamaica (first and last time I set foot on that shithole), our cab driver asked us if we minded if he smoked. We said "of course not" ( thinking he was talking about ciggys), and he lit up a joint big enough to club a baby seal. At least his cab didn't smell like BO......
