I am. Obama actually saved them from bankruptcy and going out of business. Bush's money was just a loan and was before they declared bankruptcy. TARP didn't save GM.

Banks, yes, car companies, no. The auto companies have paid back the loans and interest. The only outstanding costs are what we have tied up in GM stock, and we might as well hold on to them until the price rises and we can get more money back.

A lot of the debt increase is tied to the Bush Recession. Not all of it, but a lot of it. The debt attributed to Obama is a result of trying to recover from the Bush Recession. See here: Critics Still Wrong on What

They are human beings and some of them may not be guilty of anything at all. And you are wrong. Our laws apply to everyone inside our borders whether they are citizens or not. Again, that is the whole point of Guantanamo Bay - to circumvent our own laws by holding our prisoners outside our borders.
