Early 80's. Thats about when it all went to far and it just kept rolling from there. Oh yeah and dont think giving movie and tv codes is a way to discuss the entire population going south. The FCC has been to hard core since day one.

Mongols definitely gave us a run for our money, but I think our crusades and the world wars managed to edge them out

I don't know. Study Chinese History. Not only does Mao have Stalin and Hitler beat combined, back in the B.C. times, the Chinese were fighting battles with hundreds of thousands of people in wars that raged across the entire span of modern day China.
