I think all of our presidents after Regan have been a joke and while I dislike obama and liberals of any stripe; the republican's simply do not have a candidate strong enough to beat him.

My guess is we are going to have another 4 years of this guy unless the Mayans were right....we can only hope.

Maybe my feelings are a bit harsh but I am not unhappy.

There are only a few issue's I am really concerned with.

Equality for all

the right to bear arms

Being free or at least the illusion of it

and being able to go to work so I can support my family.

Obama really hasn't negatively impacted any of those concerns but he hasn't done a stellar job with them either.

I would like to see less government and more focus on state rights or governance. But where we are at isn't that bad.

but it could be better & obama fails to inspire me, in him or in his leadership capabilities and for a dumb ass redneck like me that is important.

I would argue that for most Americans it is not the facts on what he has or hasn't accomplished but rather how the president makes them feel in their gut about him, that's what matters to your voters who can't or wont take the time to educate them selves properly on the candidates and issues when it comes time to vote.

But at least santorum found one issue to unite us all....against him :P

Im with you Texan. However, i have learned with all things presidential politics, ignore the gut good feeling a candidate might stir, its usually nothing more than ear candy.

Sad is the word. And year after year the candidates that truly give a shit about the 99% and wish to enter the job with Americas best intentions in mind are chewed up and spit out by the establishment, deemed unworthy, out of touch or dare i say, crack pots.
