If you live through the arrest in the first place. With all the Roving Death squads who knows if you even make it to jail.

Pull your panties out. I was just giving an example with the warrant thing. As you read farther into the thread you will also see where i gave examples that it isnt required to enter.
This law doesnt give false hope or dreams of resisting police. It states what it is and even discussed your exact example in the article. So there is no "I didnt know" bs. If you read about the law you read that specific example of what it does not cover.
Your really trying to make this out to be life and death aren't you? Do your job correctly and the only people that will give you a problem are the same people that were going to before. Stop trying to act like law abiding citizens are going to pull a gun and start firing away because you asked to see their drivers license. Thats not going to happen.

Yeah, that sounds nice, but the Americans no longer trust that they'll get justice in the courts, or that they'll get a proper investigation against the police. Also, if you're afraid for your life, then you're not going to wait to sue. This guy,
Tased in His Own House: California Man Sues Police After Disturbing Visit - ABC News
was afraid for his life, and rightly so. He shouldn't have to sit there and take abuse, hoping that he'll survive to sue later.SmokenScion liked this post

It's clearly obvious that police abuse is not some extremely rare event. It occurs regualrly. Although it's a minority of police officers that do this, it's a sizable minority.
I'm all for laws that help to prevent this. Funny thing is that I never hear about people being tazed here in France or Germany. Then again, the police here seem to act more professionally and less militant than US police in general and is probably a big reason why the population here don't normally have trust issues with them.
In the US, the police always seem to show up and start tazing and cuffing people at the first sign of a problem. In other words they overreact most of the time. In Germany or France they tend to mediate more and treat people with a modicum of sincere respect and tolerate a little bit of emotion as they realize they are dealing with humans. The end result here tends to be better as there are a lot less injuries and almost no fatalities at the hands of the police.Last edited by triggerhappy2005; 03-29-12 at 03:15 AM.

Yeah im wrong. lol Maybe that shit works with people who dont know what their rights are but that isnt over here. Been there and corrected osifers. Let me know when it becomes a police state. Then you may have a point until then its going to take more then a rookie to preach lawful orders.

03-29-12, 10:19 PM #69Kraker makes me lol in this post because his posts read like the RIAA guy in South Park. "I AM ABOVE THE LAW!" It's a good law. Like Trigger said, the Polezei don't need a law like this one.

Kraker i think your confused. If a cop is trying to keep traffic lanes moving or something lawful then yes. However a cop can not just start barking orders for no reason at people that are not violating any laws. Walking in traffic is not lawful hence why they can do that.
