    Actually, Kraker makes me LMAO.

Wearing a badge doesn't mean you're always right. Wearing a badge doesn't mean you're untouchable. Wearing a badge doesn't mean you're infallible. It's about time cops started realizing this.

But then they'll start losing all those great opportunities to seize your hard earned property for obeying the law.

Hey, in Texas, they don't need the cops for that. They just have to declare your property run down enough, and then they can seize it to sell to their friends in the railroad industry...wish I was kidding about that. I'll let you take a wild guess on whether or not there were well kept properties being declared unfit.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

Ok dg, when a cop pulls over a car you are a passenger in for speeding, and he asks you to step out of the car to talk to you, and you tell him no because you were not speeding, let me know how that works out for ya lol....when you are in a house that the cops kick down because the owner has a warrant, and they ell you to put your hands up and get on the floor, even though you ain't the one they are looking for, and you say no, let me know how that works for ya....god you are awesome lmao....

Except everything you just said is lawful and the law in question relates to unlawful police activities.

An example of how the law would apply is if a cop shows up at my house and wants to search it and I ask to see the warrant and he refuses to show it to me. I can then, under this law, resist his illegal action.
