Arizona is out to get you.

The law has been revised with, essentially, a find-and-replace of “telephone” with “electronic or digital device,” without any thought given to how fundamentally different these forms of communication are. If signed by the governor, the revised law would potentially outlaw any speech on the internet determined by the government as being lewd, profane, threatening, or disturbing of the “peace, quiet, or right of privacy of any person.”

As they say onward it can have good uses, but as it is lazily changed right now, it is more crap then good. For example, how am I going to make sexual jokes if this law was in place? Unless its something so unappealing like:

Who doesn't want to bang Rosie?

Of course, then that example could be seen as intent to annoy or offend. Like posting pictures of Hilary Clinton, or telling people Dick Chaney should be president. (yes these are terrible example, go make your own if you don't like it you lazy fuck (Note to arizona: Lazy fuck is not meant to be offensive or annoy any party. I appolgize to any party who feels terrified, intimidated, threatened, annoyed, or offended by that statement.)



Okay, last semi-serious comment, I'll bet you the current law couldn't be used to bitch about the toll free numbers the call the house every single day of the week, sometimes3 or 4 times a day. I'd guarentee if it was a single person though, they'd probably crack down on it in a hurry (but if a business did it, they'd come up with some bullshit why they can't do anything).

Well we have a lot of crazies in the rural area (my opinion), kind of related to that but I was called gay by someone in one of those places, because I was voting against adding the marriage is between man and women thing to the Constitution. Still quite a few of the crazies aren't from those areas, but in the Greater Phoenix area, so I really have no idea why people keep voting some of these clowns in office.

And I don't just hate them because they are republicans (most of them), Hell I could be swayed on some points by republicans. The problem is most of the ones here (and nationally to be fair) seem to either be so far right, or just complete nutjobs. I'd like some sane people so my head can stop hurting from all the face palming every time one of the idiots open their mouth.
