I like Houston, but our supposed "leaders" leave a lot to be desired. And Metro is a joke.

Bag searches? That's seems a little much for Metro Transit. Maybe Greyhound interstate, but Metro? Just wait till they stop a bus route for 2 hours cause the Cop Tazed a guy and he lost his bowels.

Yeah - I am fully expecting shenanigans from this in the near future. Metro was bad enough just operating buses and a light-rail (picture light-rail train with car and pedestrian decals on the side a la the Red Baron) and adding bag searches and marshals is just begging for a shitstorm.
