You dont know the whole story on this. Its an old story where the police detained his boy for no good reason. It wasnt until after they already broke the law that he started recording what was going on.

Look at it from his perspective. If you get pulled over and detained but you didnt get out of your car immediately and brushed up against one of the cops on the way out they can and have charged people with resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer. Whats good for the goose should be good for the gander as well. Both are stretching the truth of the situation.

I agree, you would think they would hold them to some phyisical-training requirement (depending on function perhaps). Beat-cops especially; they are the ones who gotta chase down the baddies and be first responders, etc.
