Just so you know, it wouldn't matter if the theater had a CWP policy or not, the law in Colorado is you are allowed to carry concealed in theaters. There are only a few places you cannot.

Why are people arguing the law, it's irrelevant. This guy would have done this regardless of what the laws are.

I'll hope that there's at least one friend or a friend of a friend of one of the victims in the Co. penal system. I think his future will very bleak at the very least as it should be. Does Co. have capitol punishment ?

The Batman movie portrays the OWS crowd in a negative vein,the new Batman movie featured the villain as an Occupy Wall Street type. I would first look at the possibility that James Holmes, DOB 12/13/1987, was caught up in the OWS movement took it upon himself to strike back against “THE MAN.

Why would anyone care about a private investigator who is just randomly speculating that the gunman was part of the OWS movement because he was wearing a gas mask? He was probably wearing a gas mask because he brought a gas grenade to throw into the room. That is the worst private investigator I've ever seen.

They stop me when I carry a 2 liter bottle of soda in my hoodi, but things would have been different for a guy carrying a hand gun, shot gun, rifle, and body armor....

Whenever someone commits a crime like this the public deserves to know who did it. However, I see what you're saying and you have a good point. I'm watching CNN right now and Anderson Cooper said they were only going to focus on the victims only. For the past hour they have been telling the stories of the victims and interview victims, they haven't mentioned his name at all for the past hour, which is something I hope other media outlets do. Say who it was that did it but focus the vast majority of air time to the community and the victims.

I've been in a crappy mood all week. This news has been in my head all day, and it's not helping.

But I suppose there's some people in Colorado who are having an even worse day.

And some who aren't going to have any more at all.
