Well I think if you want something you have to sacrifice another thing right?

We want freedom of speech? Yes. So our sacrifice is having to hear those motherfuckers at the Westboro Baptist Church etc. etc.
We want Free Market Capitalism? So our sacrifice is having to deal with "evil" corporations and monopolies.
We want to freely own guns? Yes. So our sacrifice is our lack of control of guns and crimes in the populace.

For every positive there will be a negative. The only way to diminish violent crimes is to diminish or eradicate the easy access to weapons.

Aside from criminals would still find ways to get guns. So imo there isnt a trade off going on. Getting rid of gun because of criminals rings to me the same as banning child birth because of predators. All the laws in the world wont stop those from breaking the laws that dont give a shit about them.

Yeah that has never been something to brag about. I never have been in combat but of all the people i know that have its not something they want to discuss much lees brag about.

As for my experiences and attitude, you just have no idea what you are talking about. But that's ok. I'm still ready for when my number is called and I have to defend myself or innocent people around me. I don't want to. But I'm ready.
