Polls are scientific and statistical analysis, therefore, it isn't an anecdote. Again, I'll trust the polling companies over a random person's, who is against Obama, anecdotal stories. Just letting you know not to be surprised if Florida doesn't turn out how you want it to.

Yeah thats the definition but i think i have made my opinion of the scientific method used on polls very clear in the past.

Your opinion doesn't change fact. A well-conducted polls is a perfectly valid scientific tool. I'm not suggesting that a Fox News poll is well-conducted, of course.

A well conducted poll doesn't do these things, and it's possible to tell a well conducted poll from a poorly conducted one.
