honestly if he did the exact same thing without the video camera he still woulda been a complete douche. if im walking around and some guy walks up to me and stares at me i would be freaked out.

    sigh

People seem to forget context so easily. Whine and complain about security cameras recording you, but those aren't used to publicly humiliate you. In fact, they aren't used at all unless there is a crime. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this guy is virtually incriminating himself posting those videos on the internet.

There is no expectation of privacy when in public places. Thats why you get vag slips of britney spears. Personally after see that one we should of drummed up some charges to keep that from happening again.

    Soooo...

What's the difference between this guy and paparazzi? Famous people have this issue all the time, but to an even worse degree since they invade their homes with video when they can. Nobody asks them. Nobody asks to use their likeness, or put it on magazines, or the internet.

If it's okay to take their photo without asking, why is it wrong for this guy to video people? I'm not saying it's not rude. It is. But so are the paparazzi. And they are legally protected to do so.

    Just sayin.

Actually there it only applies to government positions. The rest of the populace share the same rule as the rest of the state.

Either way, I know assault is against the law and those are the charges I would be brought up on if someone followed me around with a camera in my face.
