With 243 of 1,643 precincts reporting late Tuesday, 75,188 voters, or 53
percent, said they did not want to continue under the current political status.
Forty-seven percent, or 67,304 voters, supported the status quo.

Up got there and stopped.

Yup. It wiil most likely cost them billions, if not trillions of dollars. Every building......EVERY building will have to comply with our disabilities acts. Major construction will be needed, as will some MAJOR reforms in almost every industry......Health codes, OSHA standards, insurance and licensing, the list goes on and on.

Don't get me wrong, it would be nice to have them as #51, but they have a looooong way to go, and a bumpy ride ahead if that is that they want.
