Saw it on the news this morning. There are areas of Birmingham that BFD will not respond without BPD. It will be interesting to understand the full story if they figure it all out.

Clearly the solution is more guns! Arm the firefighters! Oh, and don't forget, this absolutely would have still happened if this guy only had access to frying pans because the weapon doesn't matter.

From the reports I was reading today, they haven't found a motive yet. He apparently left a note sayin he wanted to burn shit down and kill people, but that was about it. I'd like to know how he got ahold of 3 firearms as well, because he was a convicted felon (manslaughter, ironically enough). Hopefully they'll be able to track down where he got those guns from and nail somebody's ass to the wall.
