From gun control to abortion in the first page. Tied the old record.......again.

Re: The numbers don't lie.
Not really. There just wasn't much point in debating his point because we've wasted countless other threads on it. I chose to address his statistics question instead by pointing out how many "unborn children" we kill each year really depends on when you believe they become "unborn children" rather than a fetus. For me....I don't consider them to be "unborn children" until they are developed to the point where there is a reasonable chance they could survive on their own outside the womb.
No I don't, nor do I plan to. I get enough headaches just from dealing with my nephews, no reason to bring more time headaches into the picture.
The fact that you see abortions as genocide against black people is astounding Laz....but honestly not all that shocking.
In the eyes of the law, it isn't. In the case of homicide, for example, it doesn't matter how developed the child/fetus is. If it doesn't take a breath, it's not considered homicide, it's considered an illegal abortion. If it DOES take a breath before you kill it, it's considered homicide.
I realize that's a bit of a roundabout way to answer your question, but the easiest answer is that everyone's definition is going to be different. Some believe life starts at conception, others when they can hear a heartbeat, and multiple other "checkpoints." You'll never be able to convince anyone of your point of view, no one else will be able to convince anyone else of their point of view.
