Re: Loose Change????
But your missing the point. I am an certified commercial flooring installer and my opinion is highly valued when it comes to flooring that has failed. However you cant just look at pictures, watch a video, and read a report to give an accurate assessment of what has happened. It takes hands on to come to a real and solid conclusion of why something has failed. Any idiot can sit a 1000 miles away and say the ph was to high in the concrete so the glue failed. When in fact it could have been a rise in moisture levels that cause the rise in ph levels or that a cleaning crew soaked the floor before it was ready for it but you cant know that until you inspect the site.
The same applies for experts that were not there to go thru the wreckage or to test the materials drags from it. There opinion no matter how much of an expert is pure speculation on what they THINK caused the failure. Im not saying NIST got everything right but they have hands on where your experts do not.
