There's absolutely no legitimate grounds to prevent abortion because of "tampering with evidence". As far as I know the DNA can be extracted from the fetus....and it seems pretty obvious that this is possible because paternity tests are done while babies are still in the womb all the freakin time.

Few things are worse than forcing a woman to carry a product of rape to term. If it happens, that kid better go straight to foster care or adoption, because the last thing a woman wants is 18+ years of dealing with something that reminds her of probably the most horrible and traumatic experience of her life.
