I'm no law expert, but it seems to have a good side. If Daddy gets his little girl knocked up, it makes it a crime for him to force her into an abortion. If it helps insure a lifetime of grey bars and group showers for scum like that....I'm all for it. However, it seems like it needs some serious work to exclude women who voluntarily make that decision.

Can't they take DNA from an aborted fetus? I'm not an advocate of abortion, but in the case of rape, I have no easy answers.

The last thing you want to be reminded of as a victim of sex crimes is the act itself. At least, that's my experience with living with it.

This is nothing more then trying to force a back door for antiabortion. If it had anything to do with evidence they have the ability to collect what they need after its been sucked out if it means that much to them. However im gonna take a guess that there is plenty of evidence that can be taken without the use of the fetus.
