so far PD has being shot up not one but two different trucks w/o verifying it was the suspect frist. they have apcs moving noted targets and PD offiicers assigned to family members. entering homes w/o warrents, searching cars at check points.

i can only guess what would happen if you refused entry or search of your home or car at this time.

on a side note I think this man will find help, from posts i read all over the interwebs some people dont see the danger of this person and seeem to think this is a movie and this man plight is somehow good.

for the record this man is south of sunday and needs to be brought in. but I have a feeling he will be killed rather then let him speak in court.

if he really wanted to make this interesting he would hide and killself and leave his specture hunt the la pd longer then he could run from them now.
Do you have a wife? Not being a jerk, just asking.

I would be dead. Justified or not if the police opened fire on my wife I would react.

So when the cops break the law that's ok, because they are cops? BS. I am with Nuck, I love cops, until they unlawfully start messing with me or my family.

Re: LAPD on the loose, HIDE YO KIDS

Law enforcement sources told The Times that at least seven officers opened fire. On Friday, the street was pockmarked with bullet holes in cars, trees, garage doors and roofs. Residents said they wanted to know what happened.
7 cops unload on this car without even allowing the people to be identified. No sirens/lights, or even identifying as police officers. Just bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang. You get my point.

Question: How is this not gang-like retaliation/ execution?

If they find him and he puts his hands up.. will they still shoot him? (and sprinkle some crack on his body later?)

This guy is trying to prove LAPD for being a wreckless gang with corrupt leaders. And this is what they do.. its almost too perfect.

Re: LAPD on the loose, HIDE YO KIDS

I think this thread should be called the Wishing Thinking and logical fallacies thread, just by some of the replies on here. Seems like people, when they aren't trying to appeal to emotion, are busy imagining movie scenarios of being Mr. Super bad ass!

Here is what it probably SHOULD be about: LAPD are acting incredibly inappropriately and quite frankly irrational in their actions at the moment. I can kind of get where they are coming from, but they should be letting cooler heads prevail which instead they seem to be acting on irrationality/emotion instead.

Anyways this should be kept in the national (and local) spotlight as much as possible as it is pretty pathetic, and to answer the question does seem a bit gang-like (not totally).

He won't surrender, but if, for some reason he did I'd imagine it would depend on who is around. I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a witness they kill him, since they can spin the story how they want. If it is in a public place with people around, it seems less likely imo.

    Red,

The reason some people are spewing hyperbole is because those that feel we should have the right to bear whatever arms we see fit view this as one of the perfect reasons why. We are told that we are safe because the police will protect us, but what happens when the police are just as likely to go on a wild shooting spree spraying and praying as some deranged lunatic? What if this guy is half right in that there are a large number of corrupt cops on the force in LA, and that anyone who tries to expose the corruption gets blacklisted? Do I think he is going about it the right way? No, but a corrupt government and law enforcement is the exact reason the founding fathers said we should have an armed militia.
