Methods to cut down on pollution are a real thing, and will really be rearing their ugly heads in the next few decades.

And anyone with half an ounce of common sense knows you dont do things that are going to cost people money when your still in a recession. I guess just as important when the issue is a hot topic like fuel prices you dont add to the cost. Hes a complete dipshit.
