I've never felt the world revolved around me and I guess, since I don't think I have, I don't understand how others do. I've always sort of understood we are all ourselves, individual people, out in a world to just make something of ourselves, be happy, maybe find love, something. We all generally want the same things. We may go about acquiring these things in completely different ways, in ways that may not make an ounce of rational sense to the guy beside us, but we do. This is what I try to remind people when they start talking down on people as much as they do sometimes.

I don't see the relation?

I have no issue going after what I want. I'm not looking down on others, I am merely getting what I want and that is it. When it comes to helping the average person out (holding doors open, helping an elderly lady push her buggy, help girls I don't know load shit in their cars, assisting cars on side of the road) I'm actually a very nice person. I tend to think of it as helping others in hope that it will spark them to want to help others and, in some way or another, might help me when I'm in need. It would make the world a happier place and, in return, might make me happier someday.

Besides, if the girls weren't open to the idea, it wouldn't happen anyways.

Way to change the subject and try to make me look bad.
