It doesn't matter if you're white, black, purple, or green. If you wear pants off your ass, wear head bands that resemble gang colors, constantly throw gang symbols, then I don't like you, and I'd feel safer if you weren't around me. You want to call that racism then by all means do so, I call it common sense.

My profiling has nothing to do with the color of your skin. It has to do with general fucking knowledge of what thugs look like.

If I saw a Eminem in an elevator wearing a suit right next to another Eminem wearing baggy jeans and a wife beater, I'd feel safer next to the one in the suit. It's human nature to fear or question that which appears threatening.

Once again, these people who write this are millionaires. They get paid tons of money to say the word "Nigga" or "Nigger" but when someone who isn't from the same culture says it... Outrage! Hell, Paula Dean lost quite a bit of her business because she said the word, and at the same time people are flocking at the chance to spend 10 bucks to hear Little Wayne say "Nigga" over and over. Poetry? Hardly.

I live in Charleston, SC. It's very racist around here. It's also very skewed right in terms of black crime. The problem down here is that the a vast majority of theft, rape, murder is committed by blacks. This isn't racism, it's fact. It's not "accepted" as in a race is superior to another, it's "accepted" in the image of crime and statistics of the local cities.

What about if you see a man/woman of middle eastern origin wearing clothing that is traditional in their land, but not so common in America. Do you form any thoughts, good or bad, about them? Or better yet, what about when you see a female at the bar, or some other public place. Do you not make assumptions about her based on her clothes and demeanor?

If you say no to all of those then you are full of shit. If you answer honestly then you are prejudiced, just like everybody else here, but that makes neither of us racist until we start believing that "those people" are inferior because of their skin color, and not just because of their actions.

Careful Civil - they (see emphasis above) are out to get you as well...

@Ira, that is exactly my point. I am sure there are Mormons, or people dressed like Mormons, that do rob houses, but that is not your first thought when you see them.
