Actually, i would think it would be. Goodwill is after all a business, and i cant imagine any manager not emphasizing the bottom line to a new hire at some point early in the game.

Before I would take a stance on him being tossed in jail I would need to know the loss on the company.

Does the kid going to jail help the company get any of that back? Does it benefit the community at all? Or does it just fuck a kid's life up permanently? First offense. Probably his first job. Again, he's an idiot, but not some criminal mastermind. Put the fear of gawd into him. Fire his ass. And move on. He either learns his lesson and never does it again, or he becomes that criminal mastermind and then gets tossed in jail.

That could apply to just about any CRIME right?
