This is all kinds of fucked up. Man, Barry's batting .1000 this week!

For a finale, Barry's gonna have a press conference with a disabled WWII vet, have secret service agents pull him from his wheelchair and kick him in the balls. Upon seeing the shocked reaction by members of the press, he'll shout "What's the problem? He can't feel it, you idiots..."

By the way, this is a public park monument that is open to the public 24x7. There is no ticket for entry and it is on the street. It cost more to close it than to just leave it open.

Oh you mean Obama... I'll make a mental note to myself that articles referring to our president as Barry may or may not hinder the portion of our brains that can interpret sarcasm and or hypocrisy.

It's as if "Barry" put up the yellow tape himself.. I must have misread these fine pieces of journalism..

I'm pretty sure people could still walk up the the lincoln monument, or around the national mall and look around. But no, they just had to put barricades around the WWII monument. Come on man.

This is just bullshit is what it is. What an asshole. Can't we all agree that this from the President is too much? Again, they would not have done this if he didn't order it.

Here's a couple of quotes, and it's even worse than I thought:

Having lived in DC for 18 years, I can tell you, the WWII Memorial is simply an architectural structure in an open public space. There is no official "access" to it. There are no guards. It's a building in a park. Yet, the Obama Administration tried to block veterans from viewing the public memorial, even after hearing about the planned visit.

On Wednesday, the veterans' group is planning to visit the Lincoln Memorial, which the Obama Administration has also vowed to close to visitors. I have regularly visited this memorial at one or two in the morning. At those hours, it is a peaceful and reflective place. It is an open space. There is no access that needs to be blocked. It is only by a conscious decision, and a great deal of work, that access would be blocked.

I'm not looking to bash the President. He's doing fine all by himself.
