Nobody who´s wealthy has everything under their name. That way, if they come after you they can only seize assets under your name. Nothing else can be touched. They´ll settle for a few million bucks.

All they need to see is photos of the crime scene, autopsy photos and the victims' relatives on the stand. Trust me, the victims' families will be very, very well represented by lawyers who will get 1/3 of any settlement or award. Not to mention there will probably be a separate trial for each family affected.

Sheriff says the crime scene was as gruesome as he as ever seen. Sheriff is also outraged with the sentence and is worried about the message the sentence sends to the public about drinking and driving.
