Big story on the news today, credit/debit card information on Target shoppers may have been stolen.

By the way, why do people still use debit cards? I thought it was established now it is a bad idea (I guess if you don't have a chance to go to the bank or it is closed and don't have a credit card? *shrug)

What are you talking about.. A majority of folks use debit cards. You do know that banks are pushing for more debit card use in order to minimize in person transactions.. You know... the way the world has been going for the last 20 years..
In addition.. Having debit card numbers stolen is a lot easier to resolve than having credit card numbers stolen.Last edited by Warprosper; 12-19-13 at 07:02 PM.

Most are debit/credit card deals now anyway. I have to agree with War on them being easier to deal with if something happens. From what i've been told your better off using it as credit versus debit because its harder to steal that way. It happens to me about every 2 years because i use mine every where and a lot.
