Because there are more people like you that think we should give people something for nothing, or at best something for very little, and less people that say we shouldn't give them anything but a one way ticket home. And before you say quote me answer the question of what these children are going to do for a living that will pay for everything you propose that they get in these facilities. I have 3 kids, so I know what it costs to shelter, clothe, feed, and raise them. I also know how much they are incapable of making, and I can assure you that even if I put them all to work they wouldn't come anywhere close to being able to pay their own way. So until you can prove otherwise you ARE in fact advocating giving them things either for free, or for far less than they would cost anyone else.

Police can't even check immigration status in many States. We are politically soooo far away from any of those things happening, it's not funny.
Burying our heads in the sand to the problem is our fault. Trying to take the easy way out and granting mass amnesty not only didn't work, but it accellerated the problem. As I said before, we need to do the heavy lifting on the changing, or our children's children will be having this same conversation.

How are they paying for it? What work are they doing that covers the cost of everything you say they should get? Until you can answer that then I have to assume that, as you have said, other people are donating money to cover the costs of these programs. So no, I have placed no words in your mouth as you have said there are NPOs lined up to pay for these things, correct? So instead of giving them stuff for free can we agree you want to give it to them for really, really cheap?

Only because they are in the smuggling business already. We have already seen humans being packed into trucks in the same way Kilo's of coca get packed into trucks. The cartels are just taking advantage of a business they are already running.
Scaryier yet is when the cartels figure out that terrorists also pay well to get6 shit into the US. What's a dirty bomb when you are getting tons of product into the US already?

The winds of time can change things dramatically. Illegal immigration has gone back and forth for a long time. The populatity of closing the border completely is gaining steam. It may not be to long before those once radical ideas like mine become a common point of interest.
