Im pretty sure nuking the area would be pretty successful. If you dont like nukes moab works pretty well you just need a few more of them. The smaller the explosive component the more bombs you need. The end result with carpet bombing in any of those fashions can result in a 100% casualty rate but people dont like hearing about civilians being killed because we did what they should have.

Ok...nuking the area is unfeasible because you´d have to nuke half of the planet and lots of places have many many resources $$$$ that we love so much. Carpet bomb who? The thing is, extremism or terrorism as we know it is not a place or a people or a piece of land somewhere; it´s an idea. How are you going to carpet bomb an idea? Or nuke it for that matter.

You said it couldn't be done and you are wrong. It most certainly can be done but your collateral damage is going to be very high. I agree nuking half the planet would be bad but its exactly why they made moab. To throw a quote out from a movie if your quarry goes to ground leave no ground to go to. The answer is very simple its the application people have issues with.

EDIT As for the resources part well we already have those stock piled. When we go to war we dont order what we need to wage war we order what we need to replace what we used.

You can nuke the whole planet. Yes, you can do that. But, thankfully, the people with the nukes know that it´s basically killing yourself. So no, it´s not an option; it´s not about collateral damage or PR lol; it´s about self preservation.

Jesus christ get off the nuke thing. You said it couldn't be done so i threw that out there but then listed several others that would be just as effective.

Who and where would be terrorists and where they are. Thats where you carpet bomb if we're going down this road. No more see a ak and send in some troops. You drop moab when he/she was spotted or hell where he/she was reported to be. Moab will take of the rest.

The funny thing about the resources your talking about is they make shitty locations for terrorist activities. There are no targets in farm country and there are no farms in new york city. Thats exactly why we have a great big list of militant groups out in the middle of nowhere USA and none in the city. To easy to find when there's nothing around you.

Now keep in mind your the one that said it couldn't be done and all the lol's dont help you out of your corner. I never said any of it was a good idea just that it can in fact be done.

So, back on topic. So where are we bombing terrorism again? You know that terrorists aren´t just simply the guys in ski masks and carrying ak´s right? You´ve heard the phrase "cut one head, ten more will appear"? I mean, I´m going all over the place with this because quite frankly, you can´t bomb terrorism. Yes, you can bomb a country; sure you can bomb a mountain, a cave, a group of people, a village, a city if you want to. Solves nothing. The more bombs you drop, the more terrorists you create.

Terrorists are a bit like ants. Smash one 3 more show up. However if you go after the nest you get the whole colony. There's more then one colony so you have to repeat pattern over and over. I didn't say it was a quick process but moab will make short work of each colony. The funny thing about the amount of explosives we have is we can just keep dropping until the only ones left are me and the guy dropping them. Then i fire the first and last bullet of the war and with 100% certainty the terrorists are dead. Problem solved until i get wackin wrist so i better keep a few females around.

Say what you will, but Soviet Russia collapsed, in part, because of the Beatles and Levi's. It's time for Jesse and Justin to step up.
