Are you saying that conflicts of interest are evenly spread across all scientists, and that such conflicts have no correlation with large sums of money provided by private or corporate entities that have direct financial interests in the subject of study?

Like the hoedown between Monsanto and the FDA where people go from working for one to the other (and back sometimes) and just so happen to get bills passed that make Monsanto loads of money.

Yeah I'm sure that's all totally legit and not shady at all...

Contrary to the fervent belief of the whacko left, I predict that the climate will change once more and soon temperatures across the continent will begin to rise only to fall once again later in the year! Yes, this cold will not persist for eternity.

Btw, the world isn't flat either.

There is only one "scientist" on your side dude. Get with the program, I know you're colder now that you don't smoke, but there is NO Controversy. There are no "real scientists" that claim climate change/global warming is NOT man made/helped a large deal with. Don't bother to reply. This is not a discussion.

Not all 650 are "real scientists" but according to someone on your side about half of them are legit climatologist and about a fifth of them are "top notched" so your claim of no 'real scientists'" is false. Discussion reengaged.

This report is definitely better than anything I've read from the "human causing global warming" side of the argument because it takes a more realistic multidisciplinary study of the topic compared to the climate centric study of the "human caused" side:

Notable names who disagree with you and your sources:

    Dr. Richard Lindzen
    MIT
Alfred P Sloan professor of Meteorology
Dept. of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Science

    Dr. Patrick Michaels
UN IPCC reviewer, and University of Virginia Professor of Environmental Science

    Dr. John Everett
    Former NOAA Senior Manager

There is a lot of good empirical science going on that contradicts your point of view. Especially with evidence that CO2 and "greenhouse gases" are not driving up global temperatures.

See these pages in the report for graphical representation of the data or read the full 90 page report:

The only response from that side is this is not a discussion and thats the only argument you can make. The data is incomplete at best corrupt at worst. They had the answer before they had the question LOL. Once again because you must be slow the argument is not does climate change occur. Everyone knows it does. The only question is to how much effect does man have on it and no they dont all agree on that part. They agree we do help as do most people but our role is most likely greatly over stated and misrepresented by half truths through data that in many cases had numbers plugged in not derived from actual science. We know this because the sample size is far to small for a global account and even those numbers dont hit even close to the highs that have been found in fossil records. So save me the there is no discussion to be had bullshit.
