Re examined for what? Who cares if the process is drawn out? Who is to say that process isn't designed to be drawn out for a specific reason like running back grounds checks on people. How can we say it's broken by reason of those choosing not to use it to begin with?

Im sure they do deathgod and yet most of our laws are 30+ years old and need to be changed to reflect the new technology and wealth. Ex: Football player uses steroids? Tiny fine. In Austin you cant carry wirecutters in your pocket. Shit we got a million fuckin laws that dont apply anymore. You cant purchase beer after midnight on a sunday in houston yet you can purchase it monday (Which comes right after midnight!)

If you look at the laws we have in place they are archaic. The changes in society and technology in the last 30-50 years means that the laws need to keep up, which they havent.

Like the whole appeal process. We pay millions if not billions each year on people appealing being put in jail for XX years when they have no chance of getting let out. You murdered 10 people? Fuck it your not getting out just stamp a fuckin "NO" on his papers and let him sit there dont let him appeal that shit.

People can sue and win the most rediculus things because our system is fucked up. Yes I was breaking into your house but your roof was improperly shingled and I fell off when the shingles broke and I broke my leg. Can I sue and win? Yes. WTF is with that? How is that good government?

Deathgod you said you knew people with fake SSN's. You shoulda specified they they had SSN's that weren't theirs.

I agree there are wany laws that should be removed and many that should of never been passed. Most of which are state laws not federal and you can thank your bible thumping fuckers for the beer thing. I remember when that passed in Florida in the mid 80's. As for the convicted murders deal well i cant argue that. I'm a firm believer there should by a chair in the court house for those cases.

Well law suit deal isn't because of laws that were set in place. Law suites were from lawyers trying to make a buck and getting anyone they could to sue for as much as they could. Many laws are made in the aftermath of a retard lawyer.
