By all appearances, he appears to have a beef with the tax code and the 'corrupt political agenda' of the IRS. (summarizing) That rant was very hard to follow... almost stream of consciousness.

Definitely domestic terrorism.

Terrorism is defined as this (coming from my Terrorism class): putting fear into people to change governments (international terrorist = foreign policy, domestic terrorist = domestic policy and/or foreign policy).

Then he had us reiterate, "Terrorism is all about political change.."
