    Possible Terrorist attack in Austin

AUSTIN, TX -- Authorities are investigating a reported plane crash into a seven-story office building in north Austin.

Black smoke was coming from the building Thursday morning. The building, which is around 17 miles from the main airport in Austin, is located on a major highway in the city.

Dawn Clopton, a division chief with the Austin Fire Department, said two people from the building are unaccounted for. She said it was a small private plane that crashed. There was no other immediate information.

A witness told Eyewitness News that he saw the plane flying low over Highway 183 before banking to the right directly into the building.

This'll probably wind up being another case of private plane pilot having in flight issues. These have happened before.

Is there any indication that this is a terrorist attack?

right now ABC in Houston is grasping at what the building actually is. Started off as the FBI building, then IRS, then a local college...

too soon to tell...one witness says it was flying right down the highway and made a sudden, somewhat diliberate, turn into the building.

So why mention terrorist when there's no indication?

You do terrorism a favor when you make such statements. It's to the point now that when someone farts, terrorists might be involved.

I have a really great idea, unless there's irrefutable proof...don't mention the word terror in any form. That's the best way to combat terrorism.

Yeah...they could have been taking a scenic tour of 183, less than 50 feet above it, and wanted a closer look at the building.

    Intentional Act?

The NTSB told Fox News that they are investigating this as an intentional act, and said it appears the pilot set his own house on fire and then got in his plane and flew it into the building.

An IRS office is located inside the building, NTSB told Fox News
    From Fox News: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,586581,00.html

If so, that guy really didn't like the IRS.
