I love salt. Lightly salt for the wife and then pour it on for me. Wendy's has that really fine salt oh I love it on fries.
I dont use salt on everything but a lot of dishes just taste better to me with salt. I went years eating no salt, father has high blood pressure. I wouldnt say I go overboard but I sure dont skimp out on the salt shaker. Also knowing when to add salt makes for good cooking.
