About 2:28 into this a guy asks him a question I believe we should ask all long serving senators.

Well first he makes a comment on term limits, then a comment on social security going bankrupt, but his question is why didn't republicans do anything about tort reform when they had control.

He blunders through the answer on all of it and rapidly changes the subject like any good career politician.

He was talking about Social Security checks being sent South. He didn't ask a specific question,but McCain just completely changed the subject. Instead of talking about what he has done,specifically, in regards to Social Security or illegal immigrants collecting checks ,he starts talking about drug cartels.
