Illegals are everywhere yes, but they are more of a problem in border states than up north.

    Its as simple as that.

That is the root cause and I think everyone can agree with that. They come over here for a better life. A better life because they can work and send their money home or spend it here.

If they dont have jobs here in the U.S. why would they come over?
Ok well that has been said in at least 5 different topics. How about something usefull other then what a dozen people said before your enlightened post. How do propose we stop employeers from using illegals? Im assuming you dont think we will all just make an agreement to stop using them.

You dont get out much do you. They are every where. Big cities are denser but still they are every where. Your dillutional if you think the border states can fix the problem on their own or that they are the only ones with big issues with illegals.

The reason you don't nuke the border is so that the Rio Grande valley stays nice, producing the best fruit ever.

But if we run out of money because of illegals then we can't buy the best fruit ever. And if we can't have it, nobody can. Ever again.

Re: Hmm - pot meeting kettle - Mexican Immigation Laws

To someones message about how do you stop the hiring of illegals? I'm no business owner, but one would think that hard crackdowns on the people who do hire them would make it pretty tough to do so. And I mean hard as in massive fines that make even some rich companies think twice. You could also force the big time offenders to shut down, but then you run into the murky "big government" waters.

You could also go the opposite way and make it easier to turn illegal workers into legal workers, which would cut down on the amount of illegals to hire to begin with. Also it may help to have (if there is not already) a system to allow employers to check if an employee is a legal citizen (and not using a fake SS etc.). Granted you would still need an option to make them keep from hiring the illegals in the first place.
