If someone even stands off at a cop, the cop is trained to delieve physical defensive tactics. If someone strikes a police officer, deadly force is warrented if the officer feels his own life is in danger...

That video shows nothing. It is far to poor of quality to see anything going on. From the distance fired hes actualy lucky or unlucky however you wish to look at it that he landed a kill shot with a handgun. Really? another post where rocks equate to insults or some other bullshit item. I vote some people get together and throw rocks at each other from that distance to see if they are to be considered dangerous.

My god you people dont know what the fuck you want. One minute its secure the border then next its no thats not right. Nut up be a man and make a decision on what you want those doing the job to do. Life isnt all roses and boxes of candy. Decisions have to be made and enforced by whatever means it takes to stop an illegal action. Which means if you assault an officer for any type of unit then guess what you can land yourself in a body bag. He made his choice and he choose poorly.

Crappy quality but I find it funny they were crossing from the U.S. into Mexico and not the other way around.

The agent told the rock throwers to stop and back off, but they continued. The agent fired his weapon several times, hitting one who later died, said the FBI, which is leading the investigation because it involved an assault on a federal officer.

I dont know if we can make it any more fucking clear than that.....
