There is science, and things that science can't explain. One does not disprove the other, but people tend to stick to a belief and follow it without even considering the other possibilities. (I'm totally a science person, but who am I to say that there ISN'T an intelligent designer, when there hasn't been anything that completely disproves it's existence?)

Nope, because it is impossible to dispute. Any time you try and include the supernatural into science, it ceases being scientific because it becomes unfalsifiable. Creationism/ID has no place in science class.
