Now i know you didnt read it. The law is not banned. Only certain sections of the law did not go into effect until the courts make the final ruling.

All the key components to the law that Brewer wanted enforced cannot be enforced.

The law still exists, it was temporarily delayed from going into effect until a higher more appropriate court can rule. And it wasnt the entire law that was delayed just parts.

Flame, jason does not live in real world...he lives in fantasy world. To him, the law will never go into effect and it has been shout down by a federal court....

He does not see superior court, or the rest of the law that will STILL drive illegals out of AZ, and STILL does more than any other state and offers harsher penaltys....no sense in arguing with him..

it doesnt make a shit to me what happens, never been to arizona and never plan on it. I am more interested in the states rights battle playing out than immigration...

Not much of note was actually allowed through, so I fail to see how the other parts will "drive illegals out." Hell, on the conservative radio show, here in Arizona, they were saying that police still have can check the status of someone when a crime is committed. Which begs the question, what the fuck did this law actually do then? It more and more sounds like it was created and passed for some Arizona politicians to use in campaigning, then actually to do shit to stop illegal immigration in the first place.
