I may not support gltb, I feel that if both parties are consenting adults, it is their choice. I do not know of any cases in recent history where a person was charged and convicted for engaging in homosexual sex. Although those laws do exist here today. Not sure if it is still a law, but at one time any other sexual position besides 'missionary' was against the law.

For those that question the law, look closer to home, chances are your state has laws prohibiting certain sex acts.

I think we can all agree the punishment is insane.

In Texas a woman selling sex toys was charged because it is illegal to sell sex toys for their intended purpose. Hence why they all say "novelty item." Fortunately many of our laws like this are not strongly enforced, but they should be taken off the books.
