Bolton claims Israel has only 3 days to strike Bushehr plant.
Former US ambassador to the UN John Bolton said he didn't see "any signs whatsoever that President Obama would make the necessary decision" to strike Iran's nuclear reactor, speaking in an interview with Israel Radio Tuesday.

Bolton claimed Israel has only three days to strike before Russia "begins the fueling process for the Bushehr reactor this Friday," after which any attack would cause radioactive fallout that could reach as far as the waters of the Persian Gulf.


"It has always been optimal that military force is used before the fuel rods are inserted," Bolton explained. "That's what Israel did in Osirak in 1991, and when they attacked the North Korean reactor built in Syria." Israel bombed the Osirak nuclear reactor in Iraq in 1981, and a Syrian reactor in 2007.

However Bolton didn't see any indication that an Israeli strike was going to happen. "Obviously if Israel were going to do something it wouldn't exactly be advertising it. But time is short."

Bolton said that it would be "a much more dangerous world" if Iran were to gain nuclear capability. "That's why I think it's so critical. It won't stop with Iran. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, perhaps other states as well."

This could get ugly fast..... Should Russia delay the fuel or is it inevitable?

I think it is only a matter of time, whether now, or the first of the year, they are hell bent on these weapons and the good guys are hell bent on letting letting them have weapons of mass destruction.

Why should I blame Israel for not attacking? They let the Obama administration have a chance at diplomacy and They are going to BLOW the hell out of those Nuclear plants. They ain't sissys. They got big balls.

Because it's in our interest to protect us and our allies and prevent the Iranian terrorist regime from acquiring weapons.
Iran is the one that started this war, with their threats to wipe a soverign country from the earth and their quest they are on to develop the Nuclear weapons to do it.
And, they are not obeying the international community and defying sanctions and refusing to stop enriching Uranium.....
So, Iran is going to get what they ask for,,,,, War.... and Israel is going to finish for them in my opinion.
It is not in anybodies best interest for a state sponsor of terrorism to aquire or attemp to build Nuclear weapons..... Will not be tolerated.

Who the fuck cares what John Bolton thinks? He is not even part of the administration! He is a former Bushie neocon. As for whether we should attack Iran, hell no! You want ANOTHER war after we are already failing at two right now?! Are you nuts? This is why I said war-mongering neocons, like you and Bolton, are more dangerous to this country than any terrorist. And how did Iran start any war? They are having a war of words, but that is nothing new between any countries. There is no actual war. If Israel wants to start a war, then I hope to hell we don't help them. Let them reap what they sow and that gives Iran all the justification they need to bomb Israel.

Iran and Israel are both governed by crazies. They both violate human rights. One already has nuclear weapons, the other is trying. They are definitely a match made in heaven. The only difference is I don't think Iran is stupid enough to actually use them. They know that if they use them, that will be their end. And really Commander, you gotta starting looking for other sources. Ones that are actually credible. Enough of this JPost crap.
