Re: Discovery channel hostage situation
Well just look at all the pc going on in here. I sure hope they didnt hurt his feeling before they put him down. Why dont we ask some of the people he was holding a gun to if there is a reason to celebrate they put his brain matter on the wall. I bet they have a different view point.

"Lee also underwent a mental evaluation in 2008. ''I told [the psychiatrist] my idea of saving the planet," Lee was quoted in the Gazette. ''They couldn't find anything wrong with me."
Rivas said Lee sounded calm and did not make any threats during their conversation. When asked how long he had been working on his bombs, Lee said, "Three weeks or a month."
When asked if his actions had helped prepare him for what he was doing, Lee said, "Oh yeah. Everything I do in life, everything one does in life, prepares you for what you are going to do."
Well so much for that theory. I actually figured he probably was just fucked up now hes just an asshole.

"I would characterize him as very angry throughout our conversation, although he had a wide range of emotions," Manger told the "Today" show. "He hung up on us a couple of times, but we very quickly got him back on the phone. Our goal was to try and get through this as safely as possible."
Yeeeaaaaaa right... Their goal was ratings and having "the story."

Think about it though...
.....meanwhile at the Today Show HQ......
"Hey Bob, why don't we try calling the building?"
"Hmm.. that's a great idea!"
*ring* *ring*
BadGuy:"Hello?"
"HEEEYY! This is Bob from the Today Show! We know you have lots of people with their lives in your hands, but we just wanted to ask you a few questions!"
BadGuy:"Uhhhh.. I should probably be talking to the police."
"No no no, that shit is over rated. So... not a big fan of Discovery, eh?"
