Want some Longhorn meat? We raise our own and they are free-roam. Very lean meat, and very tasty. Mmmmmmmm.

I would love to. But at the moment, the kitchen that I work in is striving for sourcing as much of our product as possible from farms no more than 300 miles......

Meh. Not quite. There is a big differ3ence between a long drown out death while watching others around you experience the same. And then there is a more "humane" and a little more sudden death.
