Re: Guess what is celebrated today in Iran
Ahaha I saw that and forced myself to make it through WOT #2 although I couldn't make it past like line 4 or 5 of #1. I will say that the Physics / Religion combined thing was quite interesting to read, but also quite strange.
Going back to what Dex just said (and what's been posted a bunch) I would definitely say Sand People is definitely on the list of bad words (although the Star Wars pic made me lol a bit).

Stands and applauds.
For the record, a REGIONAL DESCRIPTION is "desert people" or "desert dweller"... someone who lives in the desert. Can anyone here HONESTLY read his initial wall of text, full of it's hate and spite, and read "sand people" in any context other than "sand nigger"? Seriously?

Re: Guess what is celebrated today in Iran
In the carving up we also left a group of people, the Kurds, at the middle of four different boundaries: Turkey, Iran, Syria, and Iraq. Saddam gassed them, Turkey has banned their language and has destroyed thousands of Kurdish villages in recent history, still going on, and very recently they were proven to have used chemical weapons on the Kurds, who have had their own language banned! Syria, Iran, and Turkey all persecute these people. Read up on it, these are the mountain people, "we have no friends but the mountains" is a statement they often make, and they are under heavy persecution and ethnic cleansing. Not even the nazis banned Yiddish!
