His religion should play no part in any of this.

Re: Father loses custody of his children for being agnostic
This is fucking disgusting and should be overturned......
Who gives a flying fuck if the father is Agnostic, Satanic or even a Pastafarian it shouldn't be any part of consideration by the courts what type of religious beliefs the man has, if any...... Once again another example of an over-zealous zealot imposing his beliefs on others, not to mention that the cocksucker is doing it from the bench.
Although I shouldn't be surprised at what sate it happened in.....

wow that is moronic. At least do it to an Athesist, they are ones that don't believe in a god. Agnostic basically say there may or may not be one. Any chance of the judge being fired? Really should not be a judge of anything if you can't be impartial, and not impose your beliefs on others.

I would say it does matter only and ONLY if the beliefs cause it to be an unsafe living environment, otherwise the beliefs really shouldn't matter (If they are getting into fist fights because they don't have the same beliefs it could be an issue, but how likely is that ever going to come up?)

"8.There was evidence that the Respondent/Mother had left minor children at home alone, did not feed them breakfast, and did not at the time buckle them in their car seats."
And we're giving the mother full legal custody? -facepalm-
I'm not gonna side on the religion (Though I think its stupid) but that above made me angrier.
