YouTube - Cop shooter gets beat down before court appearance

Okay, the guy kills a police officer who probably has a wife and children.....and you still have people crying about police brutality and complaining that the mask is dehumanizing....that guy got what he deserved...o wait no he didn't, he deserved way worse than that. I disagree with the actions of the cops from the recent video but I don't disagree with the cops in this situation. I know that sounds hypocritical but I think every case is different. Not everything is black and white,

Now here is another video, in which a person is arrested for DWI. In the video you can see that the woman is not cooperating with the police officers and is basically being a pain in the ass. Look at the womans injuries, even if she tried to escape that much force was not needed and that police officer should be prosecuted.

yeah maybe the first guy got what he deserved but not from the cops the cops have no right they are to capture him not beat him within an inch of his life they took the job they should follow the rules they want to pass judgement and beat him lets them turn in there badges for good first

Yea the cops actions are wrong LEGALLY, they have to follow the rules and let the justice system take its course. We can't just have police officers giving whatever punishments they feel is necassary within seconds of a crime. We have to have a non biased third party get all the facts and to decide on a punishment in a reasonable setting, not in the heat of the moment. Still, can you really blame the cops in this situation

This is idunns point, that police officers are human. Honestly if I was a cop and some guy just blew my partners head off, I would defiantly use unnecessary force and probably beat the shit out of the guy even after he was detained. That doesn't make the actions legal and it is technically police brutality.

checks and balances, NO one is above the law.

Pepper Spray/ CS is pretty standard issue, and Works effectiivly in Most cases.

The first guy may have deserved that, but it's not the job of the police to dole out punishment. If he was beaten by police, the police involved should be in jail.

I agree with that, no one is arguing the fact that its not the job of the police to hand out punishment, I'm just saying its understandable considering the circumstances. I didn't say it was okay, I said that I might do the same in a similar situation (which probably why I should never be a cop).

Its interesting how once anyone knows who you are your held to a higher standard. We have teenagers sleeping with everyone they can and sending naked pictures, but if someone famous does it they get the in all kinds of trouble. We have normal people cursing and dropping racial slurs or being homofobic but someone finds out that a TV personality is doing it they get in trouble.

The guy probably killed the old woman they were questioning him about and obviously just killed the cop, I think a little human reaction is normal in such a situation. The video says he "Dived from a 3rd story window", now im not a gymnast but normaly diving involves going face first... No one mentioned that some of his injuries could have been from falling 20-30 feet?
